About Your Inspection

What to expect from your inspection.

Before the inspection

We’re available day and night to walk you through the scheduling process and get you situated. The best way to trust who you hire is to talk with them on the phone.  When choosing an inspector, we HIGHLY recommend giving us a call.

Inspection Day

We’ll aim to arrive a few minutes early to get a lay of the land. The inspection itself will typically take 2-3 hours. We’ll work our way through the building and go over our findings with you throughout.

Report Delivery

In 1-2 days you’ll receive a detailed report complete with photos, comments, and recommendations. Our reports are clear, concise, and easy to understand. Any follow up questions are recommended and encouraged.
