We had an excellent experience with KFHI and would highly recommend their services. From start to finish, Ryan was incredibly thorough, professional, knowledgeable and genuinely a pleasure to work with.Even before the inspection, the process was seamless. We were working within a very tight timeline, as the homeowners wanted to close within 4 weeks and we needed to complete our inspection before going under contract. He was extremely accommodating and able to get us scheduled quickly. He also took the time beforehand to review our home’s listing and specific features and put together a thoughtful proposal outlining which inspection services he recommended for the property, which we really appreciated.On the day of the inspection, he was already at the home before we arrived, prepared and ready to get started. Throughout the entire inspection, he was incredibly thorough and educational, taking the time to walk us through the home and explain everything we would need to know as new homeowners. He answered every question we had, including questions about potential repair costs, priorities, and recommended next steps. His level of experience and expertise was immediately apparent, but he explained everything in a way that was approachable and easy to understand.Beyond his expertise, he was friendly, personable, patient and a joy to work with. Buying a home can be overwhelming, and we walked away from the inspection feeling much more informed and confident about the property and what to expect as homeowners.We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for a trustworthy professional. Ryan and his company were extremely reliable and helpful as our home inspection professionals during the process of two real estate deals. Ryan was always thorough, honest, and knowledgeable, and gave us detailed insight into every aspect of every inch of the properties he inspected.
